Choosing and accessing a digital file
A digital purchase gives access to the content described by its seller. Check what is included, the tools you need and the permitted uses before ordering.
What you are buying
Check the listed formats, language and compatibility. A ZIP archive may contain multiple items; a template may require paid software. Ask the seller for a preview if the images do not explain the content. Also check the version and any included updates: updates are not automatically included.
License and permitted uses
Buying a file does not automatically grant resale or redistribution rights. Read the seller’s license for personal or commercial use, user limits and other restrictions. Ask for written clarification before payment if it is missing or unclear. Do not post the purchased file or a private download link when seeking help.
My purchases
Sign in with the account used to order and open My purchases. Downloads become available after the purchase is confirmed. A pending payment is not yet confirmed. If access is missing, check the account and order status first, then contact support with the order reference, without sharing your password.
