Buying a physical product in Haiti
On Zabelie, you buy from the seller named on the product page. Zabelie has no warehouse and does not deliver products. Arrange handover with that seller before payment.
Check the item and its availability
Read the description and examine the real photos. Check the condition, dimensions, included accessories and selected variant. For a replacement part, compare your vehicle’s make, model and year with the listed fitment. Ask the seller about missing information instead of assuming. A published listing does not replace an agreement about handover.
Agree on handover before paying
Agree on the commune, neighbourhood, exact location, timing and any fees. Confirm who pays those fees and what happens if the appointment changes. Keep exact addresses and personal contact details in private messages. Purchases from different sellers require separate handover arrangements.
Check before confirming
If the seller has declared handover and you have received nothing, use the non-receipt button in My purchases before the displayed deadline. Only confirm receipt after receiving the product.
